  • 60 minute initial assessment session 
  • One on One direct coaching via weekly video calls (30 mins private session)
  • Regular check-ins throughout the program
  • Adaptive and customized nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, health history, accessibility, geographical location, seasonality, and health constitution 
  • Strategic implementation of new eating/ exercise/ lifestyle habits that are supportive of your health goals
  • Learn and apply the concept of mindfulness around food consumption 
  • Learn the basic Chinese Medicine theories on nutrition and food energetics
