- 60 minute initial assessment session
- One on One direct coaching via weekly video calls (30 mins private session)
- Regular check-ins throughout the program
- Adaptive and customized nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, health history, accessibility, geographical location, seasonality, and health constitution
- Strategic implementation of new eating/ exercise/ lifestyle habits that are supportive of your health goals
- Learn and apply the concept of mindfulness around food consumption
- Learn the basic Chinese Medicine theories on nutrition and food energetics
