Awareness, Love, and Gratitude

When was the last time you were marveled by nature?

How about your own body?

We are each given a vehicle, our body, through which we experience life.

From a young age, I was fascinated by the human body and the mind.

I remember lying in bed at night, amazed that my organs continued working while I slept.

How is that possible? The human body is so cool! I thought.

I wondered about bigger questions too.

Is death like sleeping peacefully?

Is there reincarnation? What are heaven and hell like?

What if reality is a movie being played- one where I’m living in the future, or in another world, another dimension?

So many questions.

Now, more than thirty years later, that sense of wonder and curiosity has returning, and growing.

In the past decade, I have been most interested in the lifelong cultivation of health- physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In living well and consciously.

In navigating the ebbs and flows of life with grace.

In tending to the body and the mind with care, honesty, and presence.

Health, to me, is a responsibility. Like soil that needs to be fertilized, nourished, so life can blossom.

My wish is that we learn to tend to ourselves with awareness, love, and gratitude.

Every morning is a new beginning.

It offers us an opportunity to experience life fully, to make changes that support us, and to live more consciously.

I wish you and your family vibrant health this year.

With Love & Gratitude,
