Holistic Fitness Consultation – 75 mins

This session is for new clients only. Your new journey begins here. 

It includes:

  • A holistic health and fitness history intake 
  • A comprehensive evaluation of your postural alignment, biomechanics, cardiovascular health, and strength & endurance levels
  • Your customized training plan based on your goals, needs, and availability 

Pricing: $225 / $185 (In person/ online) 

Movement Foundation – 60 mins

This session is for returning clients from the Initial Consultation Session.

It includes:

  • Learning breathing techniques to improve your posture, biomechanics, athletic performance, and health
  • Practicing the foundational movement patterns: pulling, pushing, squatting, hinging, rolling, and locomotion
  • Once you have developed a solid foundation after this session, we will move on to regular training sessions. 

Pricing: $180 / $140 (In person/ online) 

Personal Training – 60 mins

This session is for returning clients from the Movement Foundation Session.

It includes: 

  • A customized workout that follows your previously established training plan 
  • Attentive and specific instructions for safe and efficient exercise
  • Weekly homework exercises during the first month on-boarding process (customized programming available)  
  • Regular support, recaps, and reassessments 

Pricing : $180 / $140 (In person/ online)
