How To Live Better In a Man-Made Electromagnetic Bubble

When someone is found unconscious, how do we revive that person?

One of the ways is through an AED machine, sending an electric shock to restart the body.

This alone tells us something profound.

The human body is not just biochemical , it is also bioelectrical.

Every heartbeat, nerve impulse, and muscle contraction has bioelectrical signals.

This is the field of bio-electromagnetism.

Modern medicine uses this knowledge constantly (ECGs, EEGs, pacemakers, brain stimulators, and defibrillators all rely on it. Yet this electrical nature of life is rarely spoken about outside of diagnostics.

On the other hand, energy medicine that has been around for millennia, such as Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Energy Healing, and many more, has always recognized the bio-electromagnetic nature of the human body.

Anyone who asks questions and is willing to experiment is a scientist.

You can explore this for yourself today:

  1. Sit quietly and take a few breaths

  2. Rub your hands together for about one minute

  3. Slowly bring your fingertips together without touching

Whatever you feel or not feel will be your personal experience. I am not going to spoil it for you.

Some of you might still be in disbelief, since this self-experiment is too simple.

Well, there is scientific work you can read about.

Dr. Robert Becker, an orthopedic surgeon and researcher, devoted his life to studying the role of bioelectrical phenomena in growth and healing, tissue regeneration, infection control, and the health impact of artificial environmental electromagnetic energy.

His books The Body Electric and Cross Currents will open your eyes and make you ask yourself and the world a lot of questions.

Dr. Becker's pioneering research didn't just reveal how our bodies use electromagnetic fields for healing and regeneration, it also raised urgent questions about what happens when we disrupt these natural processes.

Through his work, Dr. Becker discovered that our bodies operate on extremely subtle electrical currents, carefully calibrated over millions of years of evolution. But in just the last century, we've introduced something entirely new into our environment: artificial electromagnetic fields that our bodies never evolved to handle.

These are what we call Non-native EMFs (nnEMFs)—human-made electromagnetic fields that operate at frequencies and intensities foreign to our biology.

Which come from:

  • Cell phones & cell towers

  • Wi-Fi routers

  • Bluetooth devices

  • Smart meters

  • Power lines

  • Microwaves

  • CT scans

  • And more

The list is long. Did you know that Bluetooth diapers exist?

Not only are they being adopted everywhere—the fields are getting more powerful, and so are the impacts on human physiology and our ecosystems.

The Mitochondrial Connection

To understand the implications of nnEMFs on health, we need to understand mitochondria health, which I learned from Dr. Alexis Cowan, Ph.D.

nnEMFs increase the rates of heteroplasmy—the accumulation of mutations within mitochondrial DNA.

Sounds troubling, doesn't it? Dr. Cowan also mentioned the link between chronic illnesses and heteroplasmy:

"All of our chronic illnesses are associated with heteroplasmy, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurodegeneration, and aging itself." — Dr. Alexis Cowan, PhD

So, what can we do to improve our mitochondria health and protect ourselves, our loved ones, other living beings, and nature from nnEMFs?

Practical Steps to Limit Your Exposure to nnEMFs:

  1. Keep distance from your devices (proximity) — Don't sleep with your phone next to you in bed. Make your bedroom as device-free as possible

  2. Duration — Manage the time spent using your devices

  3. Use a WiFi timer — Set your router to shut off at night when you're sleeping and turn back on automatically in the morning

  4. EMF shielding gadgets — There are many options for phone/laptop protection and body protection

  5. Replace AirPods — Use wired headphones or air-tube headphones instead

Read The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs by “The EMF Guy” Nicolas Pineault instead of doing this :D

Practical Steps to Improve the Quantity and Quality of Your Mitochondria:

  1. Watch sunrise and sunset — Without sunglasses or UV light blockers

  2. Get UV light from the sun — Expose your naked eyes during the day (you don't have to look directly at the sun)

  3. Avoid or minimize artificial light at night — Use red-tinted or dark orange blue-light blocking glasses, red light bulbs, or candles

Living Consciously in a Technological World

We stand at a unique crossroads in human history. Technology has given us unprecedented convenience, but it has also introduced foreign, invisible forces that our bodies might not be designed to encounter.

As consumers, the future isn't about rejecting technology. It's more about mindful consumption, by understanding the health impacts, risk factors, and making informed choices about how we integrate these tools into our lives.

You now have the knowledge. The choice is yours.

Good Health & Qi,
