September Challenge & Qi Gong Practice

September Challenge 

2024 is ending in just a few months. 

Do you remember your goals / intentions from the beginning of the year?

Are we putting something off because it seemed too challenging? 

If you feel that you have a goal that still feel important to you, now is the time to take action. 

Consider using a challenge to motivate yourself or find someone to hold you accountable. 

If you remember August challenge, it was about committing to a daily practice. 

A daily practice could be “oil pulling first thing in the morning”, “quitting caffeine in the afternoon”, or “doing 100 squats a day”. 

Start with whatever feels inspiring and important to you. 

This month’s challenge is to double down on this practice, assuming the first practice has been established. 

Introduce a new practice right after completing your August’s practice.

For example, start the day with oil pulling (#1) and then go for a 45-minute walk (#2) every day.  

At the end of the month, I will share my monthly challenge with you. 

Perhaps interacting with each other is what we need; we can motivate and hold each other accountable
