My philosophy towards training takes a less is more approach. I believe in teaching all of my clients the fundamentals of movement, so they can have the proper biomechanics when training on their own to lessen their risk of injury.
It is vital to have a strong foundation for our physical bodies through proper alignment, movement, nourishment and rest in order for us to thrive and reach our goals.
In-Person Training (60 mins)
- Individualized sessions combine various modalities, such as strength training, aerobic training, focused breath work, mobility, joint and ligament exercises, balance/coordination, etc.
